Ash Wednesday begins the church season of Lent each year. In 2024, Ash Wednesday happens to be Valentine's Day! Lent is all about beginning our journey to Holy Week, which is the pinnacle of God's love as revealed to us in the person of Jesus the Christ.
At Olivet, Pastor Alex will lead two Ash Wednesday services: one at 12:00PM and one at 7:00PM.
Come to receive ashes in the form of a cross on your forehead as we ready our spirits for the Lenten wilderness.
